Victor Luu, President and CEO - As a founder, Victor brings over 25 years of experience in software engineering. Victor is an expert in data mining, spatial signature analysis, pattern recognition, pattern classification, data warehouse, and OLAP. Mr. Luu co-founded SpeedWorks Software, Inc. and TwinStar Systems, Inc., was Vice President of Professional Service at MetaEdge, was a senior developer at Easyplanet, a data warehouse architect at Smart Corp., a senior neural network developer at DataMind and Prism Solutions where he participated in the original start-up team with Bill Inmon. Mr. Luu was a first line manager at IBM for ERP using mainframes. Mr. Luu holds a B.S. degree in Cybernetics from SJSU.

John Poreda, Vice President of Sales & Marketing – As a founder, John has over 25 years of experience as a senior marketing executive in the semiconductor equipment industry. He has led several major product launches, including electron beam lithography systems and chemical vapor deposition systems. John was Marketing Director at TwinsStar Systems, SpeedWorks Software, Etec Systems, Watkins-Johnson, Lepton and PolyStor. John holds an MBA degree from Santa Clara University and BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Dr. Thieu Trinh, Vice President of Engineering - As a founder, he brings over 10 years of experience in software development. He is an expert in AI, knowledge based applications, intelligent imaging and machine vision, image processing, and geographical information system. He was the General Manager of TwinStar Systems VN Ltd, an offshore R/D center for using darkfield illumination for spatial defect detection on wafer surface. He was the Chief of Network Department at DolSoft, developing and porting GIS from Windows to MAC platform, Client/Server mapping technology. Dr. Trinh received his PhD in Automation and Computing from Odessa State Polytechnic, Odessa, Ukraine.

Linh Duong, Controller – Linh has been a CPA for over 15 years, and has been involved with several hi-tech and internet start-up companies. She has gained tremendous experience in finance, marketing and tax issues. Linh was the Director of Finance at Speedworks Software, CFO/Controller for PeopleNet Corporation, a software company; and E-Capital Group, Inc., an incubator comprised of several high tech companies. She received her accounting education from American University in Washington DC.
